Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

We still have the Chicagoista email thingy, right? Think we should send out an email? I'll do it (if y'all can remind me about the email address).

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh, I forgot all about that. I think I have the list email somewhere.

Got it: midwest@buffistas.org

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Were we doing 7 or 7:30?

eta: I love the search function! We said 7:30.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Um, it's looking like I'll be in LA Easter weekend, Sean, does that help? I mean, it's not New Orleans, and it's not TONS of buffistas, but...

SWEEET! That almost entirely makes up for missing NO, meara!

OK, plans changed. But I have tickets now, so hopefully they won't--I'll be in LA working on Thursday 3/31, and then in town with NO WORK Fri Sat and Sunday, leaving Monday morning!!

I have a Lee! or a Perkins...

Anyway, she's here, she says Hi and Congrats to Raquel. Yeah, I know this isn't the right thread for that, but I'm not caught up anywhere else.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Yay!

I've unfortunately contracted a nasty sore throat so I don't know if I'm going to be able to make it tonight. Depends on how I'm feeling. Though if I do come, I'd recommend we setup a "quarantine zone" around me so I don't infect anyone else.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That sucks, Kalshane. I have been sniffly and sore throated too, so I may join you in the quarantine zone, if you feel up to it. If not, I am sure I will see you on my next trip out here.

It comes and goes. When I woke up this morning (or more specifically, when I got out of bed. I didn't really sleep much last night, even with the help of NyQuil) I felt absolutely miserable. Right now I'm not too bad, though not great. Definitely going to pick up a bottle of DayQuil on my lunch break, though, since the bottle at home only had two doses left this morning.
