What the DFW area? I'm a little baffled as to why anyone would come here on purpose. Actually, that's not entirely true. There are some really cool parts to this town. And of course, free drinks at the bar for any of our visitors.
I attended a conference in Fort Worth once. We didn't get any free drinks. The only touristy thing we did was a visit to the studios at Las Calinas (I don't remember the spelling). It was oh so exciting to visit the studio where Walker, Texas Ranger and Barney were filmed.
Lee, shiny!
I'm really very easy to entertain. I'll eat about anything but sushi. (of course, left to my own devices, I'll sit on a sofa and watch television)
Only problem is that I have no transportation of my own, so I'll need to consult my chaffeur on when would be best.
Maybe we can hit Roscoe's, or something.
Roscoe's is definately on the to-do list, but I don't think I can swing an actual brunch.
And the Internet. If there's wireless, I'll surf the Internet. Yeah, P-C. In LA, I'd probably up the ante and have food delivered.
I'm sure we can work something out.
Buffistas can be very easy to entertain - a comfy couch and a stack of DVDs, some food ....
Just don't have your heart set on Swiss cheese when you're staying with Lee.
When Lee visits in March, I will stock my refrigerator with nothing BUT Swiss cheese.
Kate! That would be spectacular, as long as I've got the time off that weekend.
Sweet! I hope you can swing it.
