I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Oooh, trivia. I'd totally be there.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Hil, since you're here, and this is a vaguely travel-related question, can you recommend a good vegetarian restaurant (or restaurant with copious vegetarian options) in DC?

ND, I'm just barely gonna still be in NYC those days. Yay!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I believe the plan that Kristin and I discussed is that I leave Boston latish on the 18th, stay at her place that night, then continue to NYC the next morning.

That's a Saturday, right? Woo! Party at Kristin's! (er, you know, pending her approval of extra guests...)

puppy!

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I'm posting this message from a bar near where I live that does a pub quiz the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.

Any particular kind of food? I don't know any totally vegetarian restaurants, but just about anywhere in Dupont, and most places in Georgetown, will have at least a few vegetarian options.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Your pub blows, Tom. Ours does it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mondays of the month. Sometimes even the 5th.
