I'm coming down Thursday morning, and leaving Monday morning.
F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
Well, I'd love to do Thursday, but I think I should probably be prudent and only do two nights.
BTW- when you book a flight online, they charge you right away, but when you book a hotel room, you won't get charged until you leave, right? (I know, I'm unschooled when it comes to travel.)
I'll be there early, but won't be at the hotel until Fri.

This is also my plan.
If I can swing it, I'll definitely be taking either Friday or Monday off and having 3 full days.
For once, time off isn't even a problem for me! That's kind of exciting.
I loved having Sunday night at the last F2F, but I won't be able to swing it this time, since I'm taking all my vacation time a month later to go to Berlin. So I'll only be there Friday night through Sunday afternoon, most likely.
Erin, SA, if you ride down with me, how long were both of you planning to stay? My plan was definitely Friday - Sunday nights, but tacking on an extra night wouldn't be a problem if you both wanted to.
Whenever. As of now I don't have any need to get back on a certain date. I'll probably be driving down to Franklin Co after I leave Memphis, anyway.
Kate, I was in Berlin a couple weeks ago. A month ago. Whatever. Have you been there before? I thought it was pretty damn cool.
Ok, I just looked at the hotel website, and I want to make this real now. If I call and reserve a room, is there a penalty if I have to cancel the reservation? (In the event I had to, I'd be giving plenty of notice.)
ETA: Never mind- I just read further in Kristin's very helpful hotel post, and I'm good now.
