... also new, and HUGE, you can now sync an iPod to a second computer. I assume not to all computers, but I'm guessing it's for when you get a new machine and authorize it.

this is awesome. I'm glad now I waited and didn't buy a thirty gig ipod to replace my stolen mini, because now I totally want the 80 with the search feature. time to save up my pennies. or rather, my one cent euro coins.

Jess, I thought the same thing (and hence the double bang), but I think looking at the rest of the presentation that that's just the resolution on stuff in the music store, not on the new iPod screens. Still, it's got to bode well for a resolution jump on the
next
next generation of pods. Plus, at least it's not a postage stamp when you play it in iTunes.
I want more info on the set-top -- in particular how it handles your iTunes library. If it's just an interface to buy movies from the store, I'll be verra cranky at it.
.... looks like it's what I was hoping, which is a box to play my iTunes library, not a separate box that buys its own content. Now if only they'd play nicer with the linux boxes....
Unfortunately, the wheel on my 3YO 40GB iPod has stopped working. Which means I have a giant Shuffle.
