Hey, folks. Anyone have a recommended disk erasing utility?

Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
Talking of Recs.
From what I can see Buffistas have made the following hosting recs (for simple web sites):
ehostpro [link]
Apollo Hosting [link]
Dream Host [link]
Any others?
I host thevelvetedge.com with JaguarPC. They're pretty decent.
I've had a great experience with Insider Hosting for the past three or four years.
I just Jumpline and they work pretty well especially with multiple domains on one account.
FAQWife is looking for a portable voice recorder that she can use to record interviews. It's got to have a way to connect with a telephone for phone interviews as well. Anyone have any recommendations?
How much is she looking to spend? The M-Audio Microtrack is quite good for this kind of work and gets used for portable news gathering. It records stardard media files to a compact flash card so it's quite easy to edit and to import into a computer. The Marantz PMD660 is a bit more expensive but is built much better and has much better mic inputs and things like that.
Both of these items can take standard mic interfaces so with the right telephone coupler they should work fine. I'll check really quick on telephone interfaces.
Okay, so a couple of items for recording phone calls.
This one works with cell phones [link]
This is a more expensive one with a lot of control for land line calls [link]
This is a cheap one that works throught he handset of a normal phone [link]
Hope these help.
Thanks for all those recs, ND. We appreciate the effort! I should have been more specific though -- this is for print interviews so the sound quality only has to be good enough to transcribe from. She's hoping to keep it under $100.
We just got back from Radio Shack where we got this voice recorder along with a cheap cell phone connector. We tested it and it works well enough for an interview she's doing on Monday, but we're open to returning it and buying something else for future interviews.
Add Host Affection to the recommended pro-hosting list. After iValueHost became shit, I chose them to host Ehrensteinland, and they've been excellent. They're actually owned by Steadfast Network, which has its own datacenter. Despite being so big, the support has been immediate and very helpful. I've also got Eviljimi.com piggy-backed on the Ehrensteinland account. We're on the "Advanced" plan. [link]
