I've got two Samsung 15" displays and have been quite happy with them.

tommy, how much do you want for it?
I hadn't gotten deeply into the camera, but the quality of the photos was good enough for someone like me. I like that it had the option to shoot short video sequences although I hadn't yet explored that. Having a bright display so that you can see the pictures you've already taken is good. This camera was chunky so going thinner wouldn't be bad but it's not absolutely necessary if it means a lot more $.
I have a Fuji A345 that can be bought for about $130 - 150 dollars.

It's not a bad little camera. The memory card that comes with it is useless so add another $25 for a decent sized xD card. It feels a little cheap compared to the Rebel XT that I also use, but I suppose that's to be expected. It is also tiny, really tiny, easily slips into a pocket.
All of these pictures were taken with it
Also, it worked perfectly with my linux computer.
Thanks for the recommendation, Gud. That's definitely something for me to investigate.

SuperFetch also takes advantage of external memory devices—plug in that spare 256MB USB key (any size will work, really) and Windows can cache a lot of the working set to it. It's not as fast as your system RAM, but it's much faster than randomly grabbing small bits of data from all over your hard drive.
Either they got this wrong in the article or this is insane. Vista will page working data to a USB key? What the hell happens if it gets taken out? Besides, I don't want my USB flash memory being paged to, that can't be good for the longevity of my USE key.

Hopefully it's just an option.

I was thinking $170 + $10 for regular USPS shipping. This would include the inline remote, but not the separate charger as I want to hang on to that. Also, I'd include a two-way cable (A USB and Firewire connector on one end, iPod connector on the other.) This is (I think) a little less than I could probably get on eBay, because it would save me the bother, and more Buffistas should have iPods.
Email me at profile address if you'r still interested.
tommy, I will. probably be later today. thanks.
I had to almost completely dismantle my neice's olympus digital camera in order to solder a bad connection. I can see why they charge so much for repair, it was very intricate.
I would like to keep the camera, but I did have fun repairing it.
It took me a while to be brave enough to take it all apart, tho. whew.
I'm putting together a MythTV PVR from spare computer equipment. Has anybody done this? I'm basing it on Fedora Core 4. So far I've install FC4, next step create a big-ass JFS partition to store the video (FC4 wouldn't do JFS at install for some reason)
