ita, you don't have the option to shrink to fit paper in Reader?
ETA: Or maybe I'm misunderstanding. You're trying to print to a 44 whatever paper?

I Reader in the print dialouge menu the third pull down menu says copies and pages, pull it down to Acrobat Reader and there is a shrink to fit check off.
I don't want to shrink to fit -- I want the image to be one Architectural E sized PDF.
Okay, in Reader, you need to:
1. File ==> Page Setup. Select Custom Paper Size under Attributes. Setup your custom paper size and give it a name. Save it.
2. Then switch to Page Attributes in Page Setup. Choose your new custom paper size.
If you go into Print Preview now, you should see your document setup correctly. I think.
ita, I can't help you with Distiller, but I've had good success with PDFCreator (alas, Windows only).
I'm not at the office right now -- I'll try that tomorrow. But can I save the PDF that way, from Reader? I need a one page, full size, PDF to attach to a package of documents.
Hell, I'll give them all a try.
Are you printing to a PDF? And are we talking Mac or PC?
Printing to a PDF on a PC.
I think that once you set the custom page size, you should be able to select it in any program and then do your print to PDF and it will be the right size. I know it works here. If it doesn't work tomorrow, I can look at my settings on the work PC since I print to 22 x 28 all the time.

That's a lot of porn!
