Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, I'm thinking virus now sounds to be the most likely. 'Cuz you pretty much need regedit and the task manager to kill viruses/malware/etc.

Actually, does your security software check for malware? (Adware, spyware, etc.)

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Yes, it does, and it didn't find any. Thanks.

Jilli, i love my Pentax Optio S very much. it's teeny, it takes fabulous pictures and it comes with a Lithium/ION battery. my mom just bought a newer model that is 5 megapixels, but it relies on AA batteries. i like being able to just recharge my batteries(i bought an extra). plus the Lithium ones seem to last longer the regular batteries.

Our wings are not tired

I'm a big fan of the Canon Elph series of cameras. I've got the SD500 which is 7.1 Megapixel and it's wonderful, but expensive. The SD110 and such are much more affordable and part of the same great line. I've had 3 Canon Digitals and have loved them all.

So I'm thinking of getting a dvd-writeable drive for my computer, but I haven't the foggiest idea what to get. Anyone got any suggestions?

I've got an eMachines with XP, about 512MB of RAM.

tommy, do you have any interest in either of those computers I mentioned? I'm going into house clearing mode soon.

If I only had a brain...

I need an armband for my iPod Mini so that I can work out. Do people recommend the outrageously expensive one Apple sells? What do you keep yours in?

Oh, sorry, I've been spacing out....

Yes, I'm interested in the "lugable" computer. But not the notebook.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

GGGGGGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!

Ok, when I updated AIM a while ago, it installed this fracking AOL Search featurre which has proven to be a ginormous pain in my hoo-ha - mainly in that I can't get to my intranet. I'm about to go mad cause I can't figure out how to uninstall it. There are no options, uninstalling AIM hasn't done it, and I can't find any instructions on a quick search.

Please, someone help me before I turn this computer into a hat!!
