No one knows the answer to my Flash question? My blind faith is crushed.

I'm shopping around for a digital camera. I want something that is relatively inexpensive, decent quality, and *small*. Something that I could just cart around in my purse. The Concord 5040 looks like it might be what I'm thinking of, but I know nothing about what to look for in a camera. Nothing.
Help?

Flash question?
Dana:
Go to the very last frame of the movie and right- or control-click; select Actions, and find Stop under, I think, Movie. (It's been a few months since I used Flash, but the stop command should be somewhere in the Actions window.)

The Concord 5040 looks like a pretty good deal for the features you want. The only hitch I can see is that a memory card isn't included in the package -- budget at least another $50 for that.
Hivemind Question(s):
How could someone have disabled my task manager without me knowing it, and how can I get it back, and for what purpose would this hypothetical someone have done this thing?
google 'disable task manager' (no quote) - there are some registry settings that turn it on and off.
So far I don't see why someone would disable it, just how to do it.
eta: One reason an administrator might disable it is to prevent the user from knowing when the admin is running software that spies on the user.
Thanks, Bridget. The good news is that I can hopefully convince higher-ups that a plan involving me learning Flash from scratch isn't their best idea.
Tommy, thanks. I am the administrator. The regedit has also been disabled. I haven't yet found a way to restore them. I ran a system restore to 24 hours previous and they started again, but are gone again this morning. I'm thinking virus now, even though my security software isn't coming up with any viruses. I can't think of anything else that would disable them again as soon as I restarted the computer.
If you come up with any ideas, I'd be grateful.
