So, is $98 CDN a fair price for a 80G hard drive, and dare I try installing one myself?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Sounds okay to me. Hard drives are easy to install.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

What kind of hard drive? $98CDN seems like a lot to me for a regular IDE-type internal 80 gig drive.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Amazon won't ship Computer items to Canada.

Yeah, can't let all that "high tech" get into the hands of you "foreigners..."

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Sue, why not ship it to someone in the US, and have them ship it up to you?

I've thought about it Gandalfe. My only worry is that, according to the IT guys at work, any warranties aren't valid outside the US.

to find unbalanced '{ }' brackets?

tommyrot, I'm sure there must be a utility or two out there, but what I've done in the past is comment out chunks of code until functionality is restored (i.e. it compiles or tries to execute). Once you've done that, you can narrow down within the last block of code that you commented out where the problem lies.
