Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Exposé, baby. Exposé. F9 all the way.

May I recommend a hot corner? I like the bottom right corner. Once you're addicted, you'll yell at every other computer EVER.

I flail around on the trackpad too much to do hot corners. I skid over to the corner in question, and everything on the screen starts to do the hokey-pokey, and I yell at *myself.*

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What parameter/value do you pass LiveJournal so you can view someone else's journal in your own style?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

&style=mine

You can set it as your default somewhere. I did it long enough ago to not recall.

Thank you! I like other people's layouts for the most part, but one in particular seems to be broken today. This is the only way I can get in.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Daniel, do you still need the DSL "modem"? We've got three, so my boss is willing to give me one for free. He's gonna look up the model #, so we can see if it will actually work for your purpose....

If I only had a brain...

Has anybody bought the Palm Universal Wireless Keyboard? I have a $50.00 gift certificate to the PalmOne Store, and the Universal Wireless Keyboard is the only one that will fit my Zire 31.

In general, are there any Palm accessories that you're really glad you bought?

Mostly lurking...

Betsy, I don't have a Palm wireless keyboard, but I do have a Compaq IPaq wireless keyboard, and I love it. I've found it very useful. As a matter of fact, it needs new batteries right now, and it's driving me nuts that I don't have it to use.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

If it's the same keyboard I have, I enjoy it. Take it with me and use it to write on planes.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

He's gonna look up the model #, so we can see if it will actually work for your purpose.

Post it here, and I'll tell y'all if it'll work.
