Re: Lost

Okay, so I'm thinking about Hurley's comment about how he is known as a warrior among his people (or something like that) and I'm wondering if he is a video game tournament player/winner or something like that.

If so, this may tie in with the spoiler that he has an amazing talent or skill. What might a serious videogame player have in terms of talent or skill?

Precise timing. High levels of visual accuity/fine manipulation coordination.

Plus, I've known guys Hurley's size who could just about curl engine blocks, so he could still be hiding some real muscle under there.

Maybe he's a karaoke champion.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Maybe he's a karaoke champion.

Giving me a visual of Hurley peeling off his mask to reveal that he is in fact David Boreanaz.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

hmm. interesting.

Angel dancing in "She" is still one of my favorite moments. The clapping thing has me rolling on the floor every.single.time.

I think Sayid needs to do that.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

If he's a big fan of first person shooter games, maybe quick reflexes and good aim? Or perhaps having incredibly strong and calloused thumbs will come in handy somehow...

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

The Angel-dancing scene makes me cringe, every time. Maybe the "funny" neurons in my brain are just wired wrong, but I never laugh at stuff like that. I just wince.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

The Wesley dancing scenes make me cringe. Not Angel though. He looked like he was having fun.

Knowing that's 100% pure Boreanaz showing through there and he does that sort of thing all the time without self-consciousness mitigates the watch-from-the-hall factor for me. If he's not embarrassed by it, why should I be?

For really cringe-worthy, see Wesley's videotape scene in "Blood Money."
