Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Meep. Just peeped this:

“Bad Boys” (19th Nov)

YOUNG DEAN — Dean (Jensen Ackles) gets a call from an old friend named Sonny (guest star Blake Gibbons) asking for help with a ghost. Sonny runs a home for delinquent boys, and Dean was sent there for stealing food when he was younger. Sam (Jared Padalecki) is stunned he never knew this about his brother and asks for more information, but Dean dodges his questions.

Whuhuh? Need moar.

Also

“Heaven Can’t Wait” (12th Nov)

CASTIEL GETS A JOB — Castiel (Misha Collins) gets a job at a Gas-N-Sip and actually starts to enjoy life as a human. A headline in the local newspaper about some disappearances in the area catches his eye, so he calls Dean (Jensen Ackles) to help him investigate the case.

Which is oh...

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I wanted to. Definitely.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

A new show called Penny Dreadful is being released mid-May on Showtime. Though I won't be able to see the show, I did see the first episode because Showtime has enough faith that if you see the first episode you will be hooked to have released it all over the internet, and also put it out for free on most On-demand packages.

It is glorious and wonderful trash. That is a compliment, not criticism. It is set in Victorian England, but not historical Victorian England. Hammer Films Victorian England. A Count is trying to rescue his daughter Mina, who has been kidnapped by vampires and turned into a vampire. We have not met the vampire yet, but not likely to be anyone but Dracula. Meantime, we have met Dorian Grey and Victor Frankenstein. While I'm sure we will see more and more characters from Victoria era Goth, this is no League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. This is not a "teamup". The character have their own stories, their own agendas that may lead to alliances or clashes. But the relationships are nothing so simple as division into teams. More like the way Kim Newman handled the Victoria era celebrities in his series - famous characters are nonetheless characters in a story not stick puppets on one side or another of a battle line. The writers are no Kim Newman, but in spite of flaws they do good work, and the actors are pitch perfect as is the pacing and direction.
