I am the fly who dreams of the spider

So is it fair game in Boxed Set?

Art Crawl!!!

Promo for SPN ep: "I Know What You Did Last Summer" - I think that's Pete's secretary from Mad Men.

And this one - I'm pretty sure that's the new demon whose name I can't recall. Nice

Art Crawl!!!

GA cans Brooke Smith (Erica Hahn) and it's not so much that they did it - but it's the WAY that they did it.

The producers of that show seem to have no back bone.

Rather than whitefont the lot and potentially piss off spoilerphobes, here you are:

Doctor Who Xmas Special Spoilers: A) the presenter tells us that David Tennant is leaving Who after this year.

B) In the Children in Need special promo, David Morrissey, who starred with David Tennant in Blackpool appears as another Doctor in what looks like Victorian England

C) Plus, there are some ye olde Cybermen in the Xmas Special

It's all very cheeky and fun. DT looks thrilled.

The evil is this way?

Excellent! Morrissey sounds interesting.

I've been dreaming about Colin Salmon, having just rewatched the Library episodes but, you know, I think DM is an awesome choice.

In Blackpool he has something of a Colin Baker vibe. And in the clip, he's all smiles and menace, just how I like my Doctor. His outfit even looks like Baker's.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Yeah, I like.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I just saw DM for the first time in the BBC production of "Our Mutual Friend." He would be an interesting Doctor. I could see him taking the danger/scariness we occasionally see in Tennant's Doctor and pushing it into darker, more unpredictable territory.

THIS is what I'm saying!

Thanks for posting about Who here, I hardly dare to write anything anywhere because of lurking spoilerphobes.

Anyway, I just thought I'd repost this from the Guardian Arts Diary:

Who will be cast as the next Doctor Who? The current rumours centre on David Morrissey, but the Diary wonders if we should be so sure. We hear rumblings that the final few actors in contention for the role are, in fact, black. About time, too - y'know, if there was a real time lord and everything, it would be a bit weird if he just happened to turn out white each time he regenerated. Meanwhile, very grand and famous actors are queuing up for bit parts as scary, ne'er-do-well aliens. The latest name angling for a role is, we hear, Vanessa Redgrave.
