I was expecting - but I think I was expected more Pegasus pre-Galactica. So this felt like a giant recap of season 1 and half of 2.
I must've read about it somewhere, because I pretty much knew what to expect, so I wasn't disappointed in that way.
and that Kara is supposed to send humans to their death
See, I found that kind of hilarious. I'm curious to see how it unwinds in S4.
It felt to me like an expansion of the part of the Pegasus story that tied in with the Galactica and what we'd seen before - but that is what I was expecting, so it worked for me.
Supernatural: Okay, so last episode was 3.07, right? So that means we have John tomorrow in 3.08? Please? I haven't looked anywhere else for spoilers but I just remember that is what was said here. sumi, have you heard anymore about his episode?
Um, I don't KNOW that he's in that episode. (I can no longer remember.)
But the Christmas Episode is in Mid-December. MID-DECEMBER.
And so far NO PROMOS.
But there are some promo pictures.
I think I may have hoped for John because we're getting Weechesters.
Hey, I think that actress is Merrilyn Gann, who was in Everwood. I worked with her in Vancouver years ago.
Sue! You and you're many, many connections to SPN.
Austin - clarifications for the Weechester episode:
In episode 8, John’s presence is felt, but he does not appear.
Ben wrote episode 9, which he said is about Ruby, witches and fighting. And boy love, of course.
Before the strike started, Ben was working on episode 13 and Cathryn was working on episode 14. They will have twelve episodes completed, leaving us with five new episodes if the strike continues.
I mentioned to Ben that the young actor who played Dean in the flashbacks during the season 1 episode “Something Wicked” was the same one who was in “Smile Time,” which is he was unaware of. He was also young J.R. in Walk the Line.
I'm very curious to see if the folks who've loved the little glimpses of Ruby we've seen so far will enjoy her as much in "Witch Hunt".

It's the Vancouver connection. It's the best "Hey it's that guy!" show I've had since the X-files.
Oooo! I like that spoiler. Mind you, I've had the feeling they were planning that one for a long time.
Three companions. One with no romantic interest, one with an unreturned romantic interest, one with an actual romantic thread. In one room. Hilarity shall ensue.
