And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It's more a reassurance than a spoiler, really. (And I don't have my episode summaries in front of me, so I can't even tell you which ep this is about! I'm the worst spoiler ho ever...)

Anyway, this is either tomorrow night or next week. When Galactica comes back and everyone gets evacuated, Starbuck goes back for Casey and kills Leoban a 6th (7th?) time in the process. This also confuses the living fuck out of Anders, who hasn't seen his macho soldier wife in 4 months, and suddenly she's rescuing babies. WTF? In the chaos, she doesn't get a chance to explain anything until they arrive back on Galactica, and right as she's about to introduce Casey to Anders, Casey's real mother rushes over and thanks Starbuck profusely for rescuing her daughter, who was kidnapped by the Cylons back on New Caprica.

And as far as I know, that's the end of that.

Thrive to spite them

I thought Casey was a trick.

On a completely shallow note - does Starbuck cut her hair? I really liked it best in S1.

I think it's short again in ep 5. (And if not then, soon after, because it's short in all the promo pics.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think it's short again in ep 5.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Ausiello at TV Guide is reporting that a major "Lost" character is going to die in next week's ep. That wouldn't happen to coincide with sweeps, would it? Hmm.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I read that rumor/spoiler last night, after the episode made me despair that *anything* would *ever* be resolved. Some spoiler sites are saying it's Eko.

What is even happening?

Ooops. Not in spoilers lite. Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound.

Which characters would the audience consider "Major"?

Kate, Sawyer, Jack, Locke, Charlie, Hurley, Jin, Sun, Sayid, Sayid, Sayid, Claire, the Baby?, Sayid, Eko, Desmond.

If it's Eko, I'm going to be pissed. He's one of the more interesting characters. Sometimes shows and media reporters use a definition of "major" that's minor. Maybe it'll be one of The Others. One of them might have that tumor. I can't imagine it's Henry Gale Benjamin, because he's too central. I wonder if it is beard man, who was present when Walt was kidnapped, and when the others captured Kate, and there was that big torch circle thing (when they were looking for Michael). I can't imagine...

I'm in denial, aren't I?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I think it will be Locke, Eko, or Sayid.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think Eko is the most likely candidate at this point, or maybe Desmond.
