And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The tribes on Survivor will be reshuffled after the second immunity challenge -- don't know exact details, but I'm guessing it'll happen at the beginning of ep 3.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

sad to hear of no more Erica on BSG, but as that show has a habit of introducing interesting tertiary players and doing nothing with them, I'll selfishly consider it for the best that she can now dedicate herself full-time to Eureka (and not be so tired anymore!).

BSG has so much story potential that it just never explores, it's frustrating.

Is it known whether Ron and David had plans to beef up Maya's role before the conflict of schedules/contracts came about? (not that it matters at this point)

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I think this should go here, even though it's fairly public. Re HEROES: I've seen a few promo things, one an ad in Rolling Stone, and one a News+Notes in Entertainment Weekly. In both of them, the artist is nowhere to be seen. The ad in RS is just the other six with powers (no Mohinder either), and the EW news bit, also had Nikki's kid, and Leonard Roberts next to the kid and Nikki (and Mohinder).

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

also had Nikki's kid, and Leonard Roberts next to the kid and Nikki

Yeah, according to IMDb, Leonard Roberts plays D.L.

I'd figured from some of the discussion where people thought mysterious black guy was him. I just find it interesting that in this promo shot, Nikki is the only character with people from her life with her. Also wondering what them not having the artist included means (given what Hiro saw for him).

Do people want Starbuck baby spoilers?

It's more a reassurance than a spoiler, really. (And I don't have my episode summaries in front of me, so I can't even tell you which ep this is about! I'm the worst spoiler ho ever...)

Anyway, this is either tomorrow night or next week. When Galactica comes back and everyone gets evacuated, Starbuck goes back for Casey and kills Leoban a 6th (7th?) time in the process. This also confuses the living fuck out of Anders, who hasn't seen his macho soldier wife in 4 months, and suddenly she's rescuing babies. WTF? In the chaos, she doesn't get a chance to explain anything until they arrive back on Galactica, and right as she's about to introduce Casey to Anders, Casey's real mother rushes over and thanks Starbuck profusely for rescuing her daughter, who was kidnapped by the Cylons back on New Caprica.

And as far as I know, that's the end of that.

Thrive to spite them

I thought Casey was a trick.

On a completely shallow note - does Starbuck cut her hair? I really liked it best in S1.
