Meanwhile, Baltar learns that D'eanna (Lucy Lawless) is purposely killing herself again and again to [edited to paraphrase] gain spiritual enlightenment.

C'mon, that's HYSTERICAL.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

What's with the apostrophes? In the absence of actual bad-spelling bumpy-forehead aliens, have the robots taken on the role of bad spelling??

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yes, apparently humans are the only apostrophe-challenged sentient beings in the universe.

And, upon a more careful reading of the synopsis, it doesn't explicitly say that she's committing multiple suicides, just that she's using the power of resurrection. I can't think of what else that would mean though, unless she's just trying to gain enlightenment by taking lots and lots of jello baths.

I think the best part of the press book is the pictures.

I cannot decide if it is fortunate or unfortunate that this whole paragraph made me flash to Batman: Death and the Maidens, and now I am picturing a Jello Lazarus Pit.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Unfortunate for you, perhaps, but fortunate for the rest of us so we may laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh at the Jello Lazarus Pit.

Oh, now you're just taunting.

...Do it some more!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Will there be wrestling in the Jello Lazarus Pits? Can there also be Creamed Corn Pits?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

It kind of takes away from the creepiness of the Lazarus Pit when I imagine it filled with Resurrection Jello.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Will there be wrestling in the Jello Lazarus Pits?

See, this should be where Lee and Kara are the star pairoff.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

This whole Lee and Kara thing? Very confusing, at least before I've had coffee.
