Harmony: Somebody remembered to pick me up the sweetest unicorn. Guess someone was feeling guilty for standing me up in tenth grade. Brad: What? Had to get her something. She sired me. Peaches: Sire-whipped.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Spoilericious interview with Ron Moore about season three.

The meatiest paragraph:

“We do eventually plan on getting them back out into space, and also another major thing that’s going to happen in the third season is we’re going to do an ongoing Cylon story where we’re going to be cutting over to the Cylon world for the first time and running a complete arc within the Cylon,” reveals Moore. “It’s still coming together, but [the occupation arc] will probably be three or four or five episodes… probably four episodes. We’re still kind of stroking out exactly how these kinds of things will fall, but I don’t think it will take quite as long as it took us to wrap up the arc at the beginning of the second season.”

The sort of archetype that we’re talking about is like Vichy France: There’s a Colonial government run by President Baltar that is collaborating with the Cylons, while the humans put together an insurgent resistance against the occupation.

At this time I would like to say: eeeeeeee!

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Wait wait wait. I saw this movie. It was called The X-Files.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Wait wait wait. I saw this movie. It was called The X-Files.

Yes, but aren't the Cylons better conversationalists than the black goo? If not, I may need to re-think catching up on BSG after all.

And prettier, too.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Wait wait wait. I saw this movie. It was called The X-Files.

Or "V." And on V there was also a hybrid lizard baby.

Minor spoiler -- Gray's Anatomy is currrently looking for footage of foals being born. No idea when/how it will be used. (Can't even speculate, since I've never seen the show.)

giraffe mode

Huh. So I seem to know some spoilers for an upcoming Gilmore Girls ep. One of my daughter's BFF's will be on this episode, and being the good daughter that she is, she got the good intel from her BFF.

* April and Luke bond during math (??) camp

* Luke decides to throw a birthday party for April

* The birthday party is of course a disaster and Lorelai saves the day

* April's mom does not like Lorelai

* For some reason Logan parachutes off a cliff but his chute doesn't open and he "breaks everything"

* Rory goes to the hospital to comfort Logan.

The funniest thing was while Matt Czuchry is deemed "very cute" by the BFF (and my daughter) he got called a "big baby, 'cause he didn't like the breakfast they served and he made an asistant go drive all over to get him what he wanted".

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

from tvguide.com re: Lost...

You remember how Carlton Cuse told me in the Dec. 7 Ask Ausiello that there wouldn't be time for a Rose/Bernard flashback episode this season? Well, looks like he found some time. My Lost mole confirms that a May-sweeps episode will delve into the couple's backstory. And not only will we find out how the lovebirds met, but we'll discover that Rose has something rather surprising in common with Locke. Any guesses?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Grey's Anatomy spoilers from Ask Ausiello:

Question: When does Kate Walsh's contract with Grey's Anatomy end? I'm a huge Addison fan and really don't want her to go. BTW, I'd totally have an affair with you.... But it'd just be for the scoops. ? Chelsea

Ausiello: That basically makes you a whore, Chelsea (not that there's anything wrong with that). I think it's safe to say that Addison (who's rapidly becoming my new favorite character) will be around for the foreseeable future, especially in light of the rumor that Eric Dane (aka McSteamy) has signed on to appear in at least 13 episodes next season. Naturally, no one at ABC is confirming, but the way the Grey's writers gush about him in their weekly blog, it would hardly come as a surprise.

Question: Who's the bisexual intern on Grey's Anatomy? It's not that obvious to some people. ? Megan

Ausiello: Funny story. I got an e-mail from a Grey's publicist on Friday insisting that there are "no plans for any kind of same-sex relationship this season with any of the main characters. Joe, the bartender, remains happily involved with another man though." In other words, it's possible this bisexual plot was scrapped soon after it was hatched. Of course, it's also possible Shonda Rhimes had a gun pointed at that publicist's head when he was typing that e-mail.

Question: I'm dying for scoop about the two-part, three-hour Grey's Anatomy season finale. Dr. Ausiello, I need some emergency treatment, stat! ? Greg

Ausiello: We may meet a new female surgeon who walks like Cristina, talks like Cristina, fights like Cristina and has the same taste in men as Cristina. On the patient front, there may be a huge surgery with something like 11 surgeons involved ? one of whom may be the doc who subbed for Bailey while she was on leave.
