Charmed:
Here's discussion of "Charmed" and that it probably will be the last season. Some discussion of a new spinoff based on a new character:
08/17 - Brad Kern: "There's every likelihood" that this will be the show's final season. "The girls' contracts are up this season, and I wouldn't imagine that they would want to, or should be expected to, come back after devoting pretty much their entire 20s to Charmed. But you can never say never." Kern, who's keeping open the possibility of a spin-off built around Kaley Cuoco's new witch, said this season viewers will see a shift in focus "more toward the girls' personal lives. It's going to be fun to watch their Sex and the City-like antics as they try to do something they've never done before, which is try to lead normal lives."
O.C.:
Rumors about the show aren't making me jump up and down about this season. I hope it is better than last. Sounds like Marissa is going to a different high school post-shooting of Trey, Julie is going to live in a Motel 6 for awhile since Caleb's will will be in probate forever, and Zach's not back.
Lost:
Interesting spoilers:
1st ep: jack-centric
2nd ep: Sawyer, Michael, or Jin
3rd ep: Locke
4th ep: Hurley
This sounds really cool about Michelle R.'s ep:
Damon Lindelof on new cast member Michelle Rodriguez: "We know she was sitting in the tail section of the plane, so we know that there was at least one other survivor of the crash who's been out there leading this sort of Tom Hanks-ian castaway existence by herself. [...] But I think people are really compelled to see what's been going on with her for the last 45 days. She's had her whole own second show going on, we just weren't watching it. So, when she joins the cast, she has two backstories: (1) everything that happened pre-crash, and (2) everything that happened between the crash and when we meet her. We're gonna tell that story in one awesome concept episode. I'm not gonna tell you when, but we haven't talked about it with anyone before you, so that'll be pretty kick-ass."

I can hear the cries of "Nooooooooo" from the TWoP boards from here. I'm contributing to them.

Me neither. Demi Moore as Summer's mom might be interesting, but the rest of it ... ech.
Any word on how they are going to deal with the fact that the Charmed ones all took on new bodies at the end of last season?
Ooops. Not worth asking twice.
Okay, please let it be Logan at the door. I'd sort of had my heart set on Wallace but I'll take Logan over Duncan in a heartbeat.
Just say no to Duncan Kane.
I wanted it to be Deputy Leo. Because I'm contrary that way.
Amen, Kristen. Someone, I think ita, linked to an article that said Rob Thomas had an alternate ending worked out, in which Duncan was the killer and had been playing his parents the whole time.
Even if that had happened, Duncan would still be boring.
At least, if that had happened, he would have gone far far away.
Big upside.
1) Not for one minute did I ever consider that Duncan would be at the door. He would be the last possible option.
2) Charmed: SJ, if you go to the link, there is discussion that the Charmed Ones will retain the new bodies for several episodes.
Charmed just sounds like it will be a bigger crapfest than usual this season. I need closure, so of course I'll be watching.
