I'd agree the flashbacks have been trodding the same ground. For some reason Hurley's didn't bother me as much as Michael's, except they made me want to watch from the hall. I know that doesn't make sense, but that's how I felt.

I'm really curious how long they are going to do the split party storylines. Will they dare to extend it out a ways a la FARSCAPE season 3?

Also, I'm hella amused that Sawyer and Michelle Rodriguez's characters took such an instant dislike to each other since she struck up such a vibe with Jack. Although it looks like next week they might go all Sam and Diane on us. @@

So... there were only supplies left for three months there, for one guy? Because I guess we should be pretty sure that Desmond never got resupplied, so I guess the world was going to end when he starved to death and couldn't press the button any more....

Hurley's buddy is DJ Qualls, recognizable as the goofy guy from The New Guy and Road Trip.

I'm intrigued to know what killed the Other!Survivors. The mysterious disease? Each other? The Others?

I also think that The Others are yet another group of people. And they're going to find Desmond. Or Desmond will find Crazy!FrenchChick. (What was her name again? Rousseau, yeah?)

Was that another Dharma logo where the Other!Survivors were sheltering? I still kinda think that the whole island is one big Jurassic Park-ish science area. They picked the island so they could study the electromagnetic-y goodness, and something bad happened (Lostzilla?), and now they push the button.

eta: So glad to see that Holland went someplace... nice? after he died...

Well, the Orientation tape did say there were other stations... so the Other Others' bunker could have been one of them.

Nice ep. Nice mixture of stuff resolved and stuff left up in the air.

They do need to cut back more on the backstory stuff. Momentary flashbacks are enough. Rarely is plenty. Mom of Hurley was funny.
