Wait. How does the time line work for that to be Desmond?

I have absolutely no idea.

Because books.

I'm thinkin' Desmond fixed Sara...

I was thinking the same. Also, happy birthday, Sophia!

Wait. How does the time line work for that to be Desmond?

Based on Jack's hair, and the computer/albums/etc. in the hatch, maybe Desmond's "race around the world" was really this...experiment or whatever it turns out to be. If he left pretty much the day after he saw Jack, I guess.

I had no idea it was going to be him. Nice surprise. But I'm bummed we have to wait till next week for the Tale of the Raft.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Thanks for the wishes, AmyLiz!

Also, i liked Jack's wig. i think it made him look a bit like John Ritter's Son who was on Joan of Arcadia, but I thout it was good.

Also, WHERE WAS MY SAWYER?!?!

Eeesh. You're right.

Yes, this episode was very Sayid-Lite, too.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I'm thinkin' Desmond fixed Sara...

And then Desmond would have been on the island when the plane crashed, and maybe his mystical mojo fixed Locke.

Because, really, there's too much similarity between Sara's injury/miraculous recovery and Locke's pre-crash injury/miraculous recovery.

Oh! And Desmond told Jack "maybe a miracle," blah, blah, and Locke told Walt in the 2nd or 3rd episode "a miracle happened on this island."

That's more than coincidence.

Our wings are not tired.

Sawyer's on the raft birthday girl.

Another life huh. Desmond sure knows stuff.

(this invasion show is in my back yard, whee!)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Also, i liked Jack's wig. i think it made him look a bit like John Ritter's Son who was on Joan of Arcadia, but I thout it was good.

In some shots, he looked like Trent Reznor.

I'm thinkin' Desmond fixed Sara...

And then he fixed Locke?

Crazy shit, yo. Nice premiere.

I'm still sad that Logan wasn't in the hatch.

Because books.

I'm sad that Logan isn't at my house.

Overall, I thought the premiere rocked, but I wish it wasn't what will essentially be a two-parter. That one glimpse of Walt was it for the raft folks.

Still loved when the song came on, and Jack tripped out. Well shot. Also, what was up with the magnet effect and his necklace?

Woe to the fucking wicked.

He's either the source of the mojo or the coduit for it. My question is how the numbers tie into it.
