Also, i liked Jack's wig. i think it made him look a bit like John Ritter's Son who was on Joan of Arcadia, but I thout it was good.
In some shots, he looked like Trent Reznor.

Overall, I thought the premiere rocked, but I wish it wasn't what will essentially be a two-parter. That one glimpse of Walt was it for the raft folks.
Still loved when the song came on, and Jack tripped out. Well shot. Also, what was up with the magnet effect and his necklace?
He's either the source of the mojo or the coduit for it. My question is how the numbers tie into it.

I loved the song, particularly because it reminds me of the boykissing scene in Beautiful Thing. Mmm, now I want some Desmond/Jack...
Maybe there was a black hole linked to the tunnel through a Stargate and it was the gravitational pull on the key.

Desmond didn't look as good down in the hatch as he did topside and long ago. Of course, life in a hatch on the fucking Island of Mystery will do that to a person.
