You were very nearly devoured by a giant demon snake. The words 'let that be a lesson' are a tad redundant at this juncture.

Lost: OMGWTF POLAR BEAR

There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists.

I'm with Matt, I think; someone is going to die on the expedition, but it won't be Arzt. The "oh, god, I'm a redshirt, I'm getting out of here now" moment seemed a setup for bait and switch. Though I thought the Boone/redshirt stuff was also ironic foreshadowing and it just turned out to be foreshadowing.

The amount of resolution Jin got makes me suspect he's the Marked Man on the raft, sadly.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm missing the red spinning balls reference. Is this Alias, or gaming?

Art Crawl!!!

It's Alias.

Noooooooooo! We cannot lose the pretty! The pretty pretty Jin! My kittens are on Sawyer, to die heroically, possibly saving Walt.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

If JJ kill off Jin, I'm gonna cry. And throw things. And curse. Much as I like him, if someone had to die on the raft, I'd rather it be Michael. ('Cause Walt and Sawyer? So not going anywhere.)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I am just itching for Shannon to get the big stompy foot of death.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Loved Jin & Sun. They were excellent. I have really enjoyed where they've taken Jin, down to his unlikely alliance with Wossname on building the ship. Also, that he listens to swaths of English and replies, with all seriousness, in Korean.

I cannot believe nobody has yet mentioned that there is a 1950s movie out there called Bad Day at Black Rock. I think of that title whenever I am having a bad day. Which is what I expect next week to involve.

Huh, I only caught part of the bit about someone losing an arm (or was it hand). Was that in relation to the black rock? If so, that's gotta be a reference to the movie.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

I'd put a moderate bet on Arzt being dead, if only so the writers can have one of the characters proclaim that "Art is dead".

I really don't think they're up for killing another regular.

If tail-section survivors turn up (I'm just saying you don't hire Michelle Rodriguez just for a tequila scene, I don't care how much Jose Cuervo is paying you), I think "the others" will kill the whole bally lot of them. Sorry, Rose.

as long as you're just saying.
