You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

sorry, I didn't mean for my vague yet permeating grumpiness turn into a thing.

Does anyone think that maybe Sayid wasn't meant to be on that flight? That maybe he's a factor that whoever's pulling the strings hadn't counted on?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Interesting, Jars. Me likey.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Going back to the idea that there will be a The Stand -like division between Jack and Locke, who do you think will be on which side, after the last ep?

There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists.

It's actually kind of interesting, because they aren't going in quite the direction that I thought. After Locke's various ploys this season, I figured he'd have Boone, Charlie, and Walt for sure, and probably Claire and maybe more, but instead even Walt seems to be kind of wary about him. Even Sayid, who acted on his 'side', did it in a "you are a creepy motherfucker, but we might need your skills and knowledge" way, rather than "You the man!"

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm liking the new turn things seem to have taken, because I was dreading a The Stand-like division. (I hated The Stand.) A story about warring factions within the group is the least interesting plot possible, in my humble opinion. For that, we could just watch Survivor. It wouldn't leave much room for exploring all the mysteries of the island.

I think Sayid, Charlie, and Claire would be on Locke's side, simply because they see him as the best way to survive on the island long enough to get off the island.

I think Sun would be on Jack's side, which would put Jin on Locke's. Shannon would be on Jack's side, as would Kate and Michael, as long as Walt stays afraid of Locke.

Sawyer I don't know about.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Do you mean Jack's side for Shannon, Kate, and Michael? I don't see Shannon ever being on Locke's side, even if survival is on the line.

Edited to not make me make Matt look crazy.

And thanks.
