Hm. Maybe I was a little too bitchy. I meant to be light to moderately bitchy.
Lost: OMGWTF POLAR BEAR
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
To be fair, this is the first Tim Minear show. There was a Joss Whedon show. And then a Bryan Fuller show. This is the first Tim show and I know that, thus far, it's all love love love at the network. (As opposed to the two aforementioned shows.)
Someone said 24's also a co-exec producer gig - is that a step up from what he's doing on LOST?
bzzt.

Possibly, though producer and executive producer are frequently writing credits on TV shows. I know he had several producer credits on Buffy and Angel. I'd be surprised if he hadn't gotten one on Lost.
Yeah, a quick check of IMDb shows he's received co-exec producer credits on Lost already.

It's a lateral move. He was co-exec on Lost too.
I've been thinking, if the little boy in the store was Boone, then Locke imprinted on him as an interesting adult at an early age....
I'm wondering if it's a sign of some internal dramatics within the Lost staff. Because I really can't see why someone would bail out of the hot new thing where they've been getting major kudos for the tired 24 if they were happy.
From what I've heard, it's possible we won't see a 2nd season of Lost b/c of the cost of producing the series.
