I was wondering. This just seemed like his type of episode, good balance of creep, betrayal and yucks.

The betrayal was a bit predictable, but otherwise, decent episode. Annnnnd it looks like Boone is the one to go, and I am OK with that.

Okay. We had a severe weather alert early in the top half of the show, although why they felt it necessary to break in, I have no idea.
They cut away right when Locke and his birth mother are in the diner, and cut back in when Kate walks up behind Sawyer and Sun with the headachy-relief-leaves. Did I miss anything good?

There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists.
I'm amused that they made such a big deal about Jack not treating Sawyer in the episode description. Because I think his resolution to not be the Good Doctor for once lasted about 15 seconds once he actually saw Sawyer looking ill.
But he did have himself some fun in the process of treating him. This has got to be the most relaxed we've ever seen Jack. Just in time to have his head fucked with next week!
