You can also subscribe...If you're, you know, a big geek with a Paint By Numbers addiction. Not that I know anyone like that.
I was very pleased that they put 42 into the sequence. And trying to figure out the significance ("This means something") of the Hurley-Locke connection.
Also in the Hurley was a patient camp.
Debet, did you know about the computer version of Paint by Number called Descarte's Enigma? Great fun.
There are also a bunch of online PbN puzzles here: [link]
Oooh. Thanks, DX. Should keep my busy for a while
My pure speculation: Hurley was a mental patient, but whatever was wrong with him was
t koff
magically
cured when Leonard whispered the numbers in his ears. The doctors have no explanation for it, but they're sure that
something
they did must have had an effect.
Sadly I get motion sickness if I read in a moving car or plane (though not, weirdly enough, on a train... somehow the clackety clack protects me). Mostly I just fall asleep for any trip of more than 30 minutes if I'm not driving.
Hee! Loving -t's tagline.
The multiple books, newspapers, and magazines is not so much an option when travelling with chatty DH and attention seeking kids.
I like Theo's speculation.
There's got to be more to Hurley's story- something that'll tie in the spryness and the warrior comment.
Also, you guys are good research- I go on my very first plane trip in two months and have no idea what to bring. Carry on, I'm taking notes!
I'd advise against a gun or air marshal's badge...
