Can't any one of your damn little Scooby club at least try to remember that I hate you all?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hee! Now I suppose I have to call. (Is that right, call? What happens when I call?)

Someone with a french accent answers and counts for 16 years.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

re: thanks for accepting my craziness all

I actually did have Vincent's name to the mix and "Annie" which is Kate's pseudo in Australia.

Vincent - conquering
Annie - blessed with grace

Vincent would be Walt and Sayid's group of names that represent power.

Art Crawl!!!

Can I just say that having a character named Jack Sheppard is very confusing for this Stargate watching person?

"Come on! Look at you. You got that bed head thing going on, which McKay's probably got something to do with. You're tall, lean and you sound drunk a lot of the time. Hell, son, you're making me horny!"

Oh, I'm right there with you. I'm just hoping he will go by his first name about 99% of the time, 'cause the Sheppard name so belongs to Atlantis-John already.

And how come every "hero-type-guy" has to be named John and/or Jack? Is there a rule or something?

I think it's the fact the name John is so common. Maybe it's part "everyman-hero" and maybe even part JFK.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I think we need a new raft of heroes named Delbert. Marvin will do, in a pinch. All the heroines need to be named Hepzibah and Inez.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Mehitabel. I always wanted a pair of sister cats named Hepzibah and Mehitabel, but I'll sacrifice the names to better teevee.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

When I had a roach in my apartment that wouldn't leave but was always too quick for me to stomp on it, I named it Archy.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

ITA at the SG confusion. It's bad enough there is a Charlie on the island while Matthew Fox is named Jack.

I've decided 75% of TV series have a Jack as the hero and a Daniel/Danny/Dan as the sidekick. Lots of Sams there, too, of both sexes. I laughed and laughed when I started watching Without A Trace, and realized there were a Jack, a Danny and a Sam in the team, and Jack and Sam had a thing.
