I tend to agree with Betsy about Sawyer, although I'm reluctant to say so. I don't want to whitewash him, I like him dirty. But I keep seeing flashes of the man he would like Kate to think he is. His reactions to getting slapped down are far more interesting than polishing his armor would be. But I do think Sawyer would like for Kate to think he was a hero.
