Well, he had that moment with Kate before, in which he strutted out of the ocean buck-naked like some she-male Aphrodite, cocky as he pleases. I doubt he had an attack of bashfulness here. I'm not sure *why* he didn't take his pants off. Wet jeans are nasty-uncomfortable.
I hope they won't go all Flowers in the Attic with Boone and Shannon, 'cause that's way predictable by now. Although Boone sure is projecting the creepy vibe.

Okay, I searched a bit on French sites and found this translation. There is some poetic license but it is basically sound:

Well, that definitly gives new meaning. Pretty much the polar opposite in tone to the English translation.

It certainly helps us understand why Shannon was saying words like "glitter" and "infinity/eternal"
We used to swim in our jeans on hot days all the time. In the Virginia heat they would dry in 20 minutes and keep you cool while doing so.
It's horribly disgustingly humid, but if it's over 80 degrees, the wet jeans thing actually works.
I've never been comfortable in wet jeans, but it strikes me as easier to film, and one doesn't have to waste time on Kate being irritated or freaked out, when the point is to find the submerged couple and have light UST.
It's weird, then, that the ABC diary for Lost had the two of them snuggling weeks ago.
