I'm not evil again. Why does everyone think that?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Well, and she rocks, too, because, dude, JZ? But you knew that.

She just came over and waggled her fine behind at me in silk tap pants and let me pat it until I was content.

In any event, I have consciously noted to myself several times over the last few months, "JenP is so smart and thoughtful!" So, I leapt at the opportunity to share this information.

Thank you, Hec. That's, well, as you might imagine, a lovely thing to hear.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

FYI, Daniel Dae Kim is posting at TheFuselage.com

Even his posts are hot.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Anyone who was wondering about the song in the montage this week, ABC.com has it as "I Shall Not Walk Alone" by The Blind Boys of Alabama.

Art Crawl!!!

Maybe Locke is Ethan, but they think that he is Giles.

Punishingly Intricate

Charlie seems much more Xander to me than Oz. so far anyway.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Haven't spotted Willow, yet.

Didn't you notice Sun staring at Kate for, like, weeks while the latter obliviously bathed in her skivvies?

And now that I've pointed that out, and recalled that the producers had Charlie flirting with her at first, and are showing Sawyer obsessed with her, Sayid respectfully and sweetly attracted, etc., I have a disturbing mental image of the Monster giving her puppy dog looks and picking flowers for her.

Thank God for Dr. Jack, who seems more interested in landscaping projects.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Have no wisdom on cross-show character comparisons.

I was instead thinking about practical things, like, what have I learned from Survivor that I can apply to this show? (Okay, not just Survivor.) Aside from the whole shaving issue, what are the women going to do when they get their periods? (One presumes they won't actually become malnourished enough not to have them.) How will characters deal with sex if there aren't any (or are very few) condoms? When they run out of matches, will Locke be able to teach everyone to start a fire from scratch? What happens during the rainy season, when wet clothes begin to rot? What happens when Doctor Jack uses up all his quinine on the first person who gets malaria?

And are Scott and Steve edible? I think we are gonna run out of boars eventually.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

All very good questions, Nutty.

Each of the issues you raise can, I'm sure, be dealt with by a plant that Sun is familiar with and which grows on the island.

The fruit of the tampon tree (actually a herb!) will come in handy. As will the condom shrub, the match thistle and a type of succulent that oozes water-proofing Gortex when you squeeze it.

Our wings are not tired.

Aside from the whole shaving issue, what are the women going to do when they get their periods?

Cloth pads that they launder.

How will characters deal with sex if there aren't any (or are very few) condoms?

Not so effective rhythm and withdrawal methods that will be effective because island magic.

When they run out of matches, will Locke be able to teach everyone to start a fire from scratch?

There will be an eternal flame maintained.

What happens during the rainy season, when wet clothes begin to rot?

All naked all gay episodes.

What happens when Doctor Jack uses up all his quinine on the first person who gets malaria?

Sun finds healing plants

And are Scott and Steve edible? I think we are gonna run out of boars eventually.

The boars are mating as we type.
