Do we give the show a pass on the coffin not being sealed, nor in a vault?
Yeah, it was more important to show how pissed off Jack is at his father. Having the club bounce off metal wouldn't be nearly as interesting to watch as seeing the coffin in splinters.
Why do these people not have the mother of all sunburns?
So is the wreckage from the same crash, or an older one? I can't tell.
It doesn't look like the same plane.
Also, Jack needs to be in LAX in
16
hours. The transmission has been going on for
16
years.
And Sun totally wasn't with Jin in that ticket line.
I didn't see a body anywhere near the coffin. Also, on first look, I thought the plane was the same, but the 2nd time around, I thought it looked pretty overgrown with trees coming out from the inside.
Why do these people not have the mother of all sunburns?
Yeah! I'm thinking they found some sunscreen somewhere--with the drugs, etc.
There's the "it's been six days and we're all still waiting" line -- but I was mistaken, it was at night. Does that change anything?
Now I kind of want to make (or see) a show where there is secret hidden dialog or messages hidden in the caption track.
If you watch the most recent Beastie Boys video, the captions have all kind of crazy stuff going on. It is pretty hilarious.
Is it wrong that I want to take footage from Lost and make a video set to Jefferson Airplane doing "White Rabbit" now?
There's the "it's been six days and we're all still waiting" line -- but I was mistaken, it was at night. Does that change anything?
That's the $64k question. We've been told that the season is going to transpire over 40 days in Lost time. As of the 4th episode, it was 4 days. "White Rabbit" was the 5th episode and at the end, we're told it's the 6th day. I suspect each episode is going to cover
a
day, with the passage of 1-3 days between.

I think the two days per ep, forty days for first season will turn out to be an approximation. Some might be one, some two, some eps might take three or four for whatever reason.
Connections: Jack's father just died. Walt's mother (and Michael's wife) just died.
This is a great show. I just get that
feeling
from it. And in my opinion, there's not a bad actor in the mix, which is good.
And Gus, regarding Kate: her undressing scene on the beach revealed how bloody skeletal she is. She's hotter with clothes on.
