All is well that ends in pizza.

Cleolinda:

she says something about his book and Sawyer chirps, "It's about bunnies!" This is why I cannot remember the rest of the scene, y'all. "Bunnies!"

Another thing that may have led me to think of Emma Caulfield when they flashed back.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

jumpin' in here. i love my boys angsty. and full o' sarcasm. so Sawyer is so my cup of tea. i also completely agree with Heather. Sawyer has become what he hated for most of his natural born life and he wants to be punished for it.

also? i've been saying since last week that Locke was the one who hit Sayid. after his comments tonight, i'm even more certain that's the case. from what we've seen, he's the only one benefitting from being on the island.

I thought it was her too!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm glad cleolinda liked it as much as I did.

Then he snatches the letter back and expels the diplomatic embassy of Katebabwe from Sawyerland.

Ha ha ha ha.

(I was honestly expecting him to have found some airline peanuts and painstakingly creamed them himself or something at this point.)

Because we share a brain, see.

I think Sawyer wants to be hated and beaten and tortured because that's what he thinks actualSawyer deserves, and since he is now Sawyer, it's what he deserves too.

Ooh. Interesting.

I'm guessing that Sawyer went to Australia to get away from people who would otherwise kill or arrest him, and that he was returning because he'd gotten some sort of lead on the original Sawyer. That would also explain why he had the letter so ready to hand.

Ooh. Go Anne. Yeah, I was wondering why he was currently looking at the letter so much. I mean, I know it's a lifequest thing, but I doubt he looked at the fucking letter every fucking day.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I thought he might be Darla -- given that he was directing Saiyid in the torture.

I didn't think he was directing so much as going along because it was the only solution being offered. He didn't let Saiyd get too far and din't really like the screaming. So I'm thinking less Darla, more Giles.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Charlie is Oz, of course.

Yeah I'm quoting myself, ah well.

I meant to say it's not what he thinks he deserves because he's as bad as actualSawyer but because he is actualSawyer therefore the torture is happening to actualSawyer through him.

That's delightfully twisted. It's like a whole inversion of Christ dying to absolve the sins of others.

Wow. We should work on theories together more often.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I was thinking Jack is boring, but this episode gave him some more layers, albeit of the DARK kind.

Oy! And Kate let them get away with it! Bad Kate, no biscuit!

Also, she totally should have gone with Sayid. He's so pretty. And he kisses hands! OMGWTF!

Sawyer is still hot. Asshole, but hot. Although I do think he should have shaved for that fancy meal in the restaurant. The hair and the stubble were just wrong for what he was trying to do.
