Now I want to see Boone rampaging over the island with a giant robot body.
What do you think causes the Epileptic Trees? It's out there, waiting for Boone's head.
'Objects In Space'
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Although I would be the first to move off the sunny beach and into the dark cool caves, I would expect someone to at least mention that the caves are closer to what appears to be the monster's habitat.
I would also be rigging up a primitive aqueduct with bamboo, but that's just me.
I had a whole post back a few hundred about what a goldmine they have in the fuselage and cockpit parts, and even the landing gear could be used for a water wheel....
The things I could MacGuyver...

This was bugging me too. At the beach, they have seafood and shelter (from the plane). They have visibility, which seems to be their best protection at this point. And it seems like any water would have to come to the coast at some point. I would be more inclined to explore the coastline than to move inland. Of course, I'm a coastie in the US, so perhaps I'm biased.
Also, this is getting eerie, Zenkitty. I begin to think we are the same person.

So, you're saying the folks who stayed on the beach are the blue staters, and the folks in the cave are the reds?
Let's just call it Purple Island.
Oh, yes. The plane is a MacGyver playground.
I'm finally caught up on Lost. Despite the incredible acting by DM and TO'Q, I hated the moth anvil, especially at the end. Maybe M.E. shows have soured me, but I fully expected Charlie to do something deliciously evil after Locke's whole smarmy "I'm proud of you son."
Other than that, this show is damn addictive.

All y'all moth anvil haters have no magic in your hearts.

Dude.
I love the miracle snow in "Amends."
