All is well that ends in pizza.

I wonder if www.driveshaftband.com is going to change their site very quickly to accomodate the info in this week's ep. If they do, I guess.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

He's James Garner in The Great Escape!

If he blackmails Sun for, maybe, her dad's watch in exchange for keeping her secret knowledge of English from Jin, then we'll know he's Garner in TGE.

Guy #1: Man, there are so many hipsters around. I hate hipsters! Guy #2: You're at the wrong place. That's like going to Vegas only to say "I hate titties!" --The Warsaw, Williamsburg (OINY)

Actually, that reminds me - how was it explained that Michael knew it was the watch that made Jin go crazy if he kept Sun's secret about the English-speaking?

ETA Also, count me in the camp of those totally unperturbed by not having seen Claire in the past 2 eps - remember for them it's only been 2 days!

It wasn't. Although they have sort of established that we don't get to be privy to every conversation on the island.

All is well that ends in pizza.

In the beginning when they were asking Michael what he did, Sun was pointing to her wrist and speaking in Korean. Sayid thought she was talking about the cuffs. No one made the connection at that time. Clever writing, that.

I'm sure she could easily explain to Jin that she eventually successfully pantomimed the explaination to the others.

Oh, yeah. Right. My profile address works. I even check my e-mail sometimes.

All is well that ends in pizza.

That should make it easier to find your profile address.

That's one thing that is difficult on this board, looking up a member without having a recent post handy to click on.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Okay, having seen Wednesday's episode, my meara:

Anne W.

"Do you know what's in this cocoon?"

"Uh, an anvil?"

Anne, my darling, words cannot express how much I adore you.

Vonnie

Dude, with the taunting, acting assholetastic, making of the hurty face when rejected by Kate, and the head-tilting, Sawyer's reminding me of Spike even more.

I don't want to see it. I don't want to see it. I'm seeing it, but I don't want to see it.

Vonnie

I gather next week's ep is Sawyer-centric? I have a feeling they're gonna bring out the hoary cliche of "little Sawyer was beaten regularly by his drunken Pop and ended in a juvie, which made him be all twisted, but he's actually a good guy in the heart! Really!", which would be predictable and annoying.

I am *praying* that someone has a nice unpredictable background, and it might as well be Sawyer as someone else. Let him not be a poor redneck. Let his daddy not be a drunk. Let him be a smart guy who was a stockbroker or an accountant or a computer tech. Let the Southern accent not equal poor and kinda dumb.

Theodosia

It would be deliciously ironic if Sawyer was a Gulf-war-era veteran... is he too old?

Theo, my darling, words cannot express how much I adore you.
