I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Okay, having seen Wednesday's episode, my meara:

Anne W.

"Do you know what's in this cocoon?"

"Uh, an anvil?"

Anne, my darling, words cannot express how much I adore you.

Vonnie

Dude, with the taunting, acting assholetastic, making of the hurty face when rejected by Kate, and the head-tilting, Sawyer's reminding me of Spike even more.

I don't want to see it. I don't want to see it. I'm seeing it, but I don't want to see it.

Vonnie

I gather next week's ep is Sawyer-centric? I have a feeling they're gonna bring out the hoary cliche of "little Sawyer was beaten regularly by his drunken Pop and ended in a juvie, which made him be all twisted, but he's actually a good guy in the heart! Really!", which would be predictable and annoying.

I am *praying* that someone has a nice unpredictable background, and it might as well be Sawyer as someone else. Let him not be a poor redneck. Let his daddy not be a drunk. Let him be a smart guy who was a stockbroker or an accountant or a computer tech. Let the Southern accent not equal poor and kinda dumb.

Theodosia

It would be deliciously ironic if Sawyer was a Gulf-war-era veteran... is he too old?

Theo, my darling, words cannot express how much I adore you.

Yeah, this.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Hi Shrift! Checking up on messages. Would you be interested in hosting the scripts if I type them out?

That's one thing that is difficult on this board, looking up a member without having a recent post handy to click on.

And I can be elusive these days, what with my job eating up all of my free time.

Tips for Stalking the Wild shrift
(in the Lost thread, at least):

1. Find a conversation about Sawyer, Sayid, or Sawyer/Sayid.
2. Wait.

Oh, and Jessica? I saw many people on lj last night who were tickled pink by Ethan's shout-out.

I am willing to host them, certainly. I should probably mention (caution?) that my turn-around time these days, however, is unpredictable and often like unto molasses.

I wouldn't be able to start until this Sunday anyway. But at least people would have a place to go to read them eventually.

I'll email them to you when I get each one done.

Yeah, it was only a few months ago that she was getting some Angel S4 & 5 scripts up.

Yeah, it was only a few months ago that she was getting some Angel S4 & 5 scripts up.

Not to mention those last remaining Firefly transcripts. And possibly a Wonderfalls thing or two.

I have a backlog. And I don't have time to do my laundry.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

My kingdom for a minion.

God, that's tempting. I'd like to be a Shriftminion. It don't pay much, but all the beer and cigarettes you can shake a stick at. And I could witness andy and all donut -related emergencies.
