Lindsey: Why--why did you... Lorne: One last job. You're not part of the solution, Lindsey. You never will be. Lindsey: You kill me? A flunky?! I'm not just...Angel...kills me. You...Angel... Lorne: Good night, folks.

Lost: OMGWTF POLAR BEAR

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

The rest of the gang would have to get a hella interesting back story to dethrone Locke from the position.

This is kind of why I'm glad that Charlie's backstory was as simple and straightforward as it was. If TPTB tried to surpass themselves with every backstory, things would get ridiculous real fast.

It's been a while since I saw the movie, but wasn't there, like, a kiss?

Only on the cheek. But there is stronger subtext than the smooch.

Aside from the parts where Joe claims Billy for his own, Billy lists his demands for staying and Joe gives in, the ending, and bandmates comparing them to a trailer-trash married couple, there's that scene where John spills the beans to Mary the fan about Joe fucking Billy up the ass, which, well, is rather self-explanatory.

Thrive to spite them

Vonnie's right. HCL is slashy there's no way around it. The knife scene is just....yeah Billy licks the knife and it's...gah!

Also--and I'm still trying to figure out why I think this--I have a feeling that Sawyer is an ex-cop or something of that ilk.

It's the not-impressed-with-other-people's-crap attitude that all cops have.

Plus, he was pretty damned handy with that pistol when the polar bear charged.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Plus, he was pretty damned handy with that pistol when the polar bear charged.

But he shot it like fourteen million times!

You ever tried to kill a bear with a pistol? Let alone a polar bear?

Okay, I haven't either, but I know people who do hunt, and they say bear attacks can be a minor concern, but that it's very difficult to kill a bear with a handgun.

Polar bears are even bigger. They're mega-fauna.

And then failed to kill the marshall efficiently.

Possibly an argument for him not being a cop, but also possibly an argument that he is, as he would likely never have had to deliberately kill someone in cold blood as a cop, so it was not an easy thing for him to do.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Maybe he's a failed cop the same way Jack's a failed doctor. They should console each other.
