Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

I just did an edit and put maybe Luna or Trelawney there. i thought of McGonnigal (sp), but I think of HP as being about intuition and the unconscious, and McGonnigal doesn't do it for me.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, clearly McGonnigal is the Queen of Gryffindor - which would be which suit?

I see Ravenclaw as Swords. . . but the rest aren't so clear.

I was an editing monkey, sumi, this is what I put:

Slytherin - Swords, Gryffindor - Cups, Hufflepuff - Coins, Ravenclaw - Wands. (I'm not sure about Cups and Wands.)

I agree, Ravenclaw are the Intellectual house and swords are about mental energy. But swords also seem to be the most ambigious of the suits to me, there seems to be a lot more negative energy in them.

Hufflepuff as Cups, Ravenclaw as Swords. I like Gryffindor as Wands, but Slytherin as the Pentacles doesn't really fit...

I like Gryffindor as wands too. That's what I originally thought for them. Pentacles is the most materialistic of the suits, and Slytherin is about ambition, so it could work. But Pentacles is also about growth and harvest...and more down to earth than Slytherin.

Well, except there's the Sword of Gryffindor. And didn't Hufflepuff have a cup as it's icon? With coins/wands for Ravenclaw/Slytherin, I can see arguments both ways, as well as arguments against.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Maybe make Strength be a Patronus?

Maybe make Strength be a Patronus?

K said it's "a girl with a lion." Does anyone have a lion Patronus?

I'm guessing she chose Ginny because she had already used Hermione once.
