I guess I'm the only one who thinks the Weasleys are a bunch of self-righteous nags, then. No, wait, that's Hermione. I think the twins are a pair of bullies, Ron has jealousy issues out the ears, and Ginny is going to make Harry's life hell with nagging.
Luna I adore. For all she's nuts, she has self-respect enough to respect other people.
I give JK full points for showing how teenagers can be such utter jerks, which is kind of nifty in YA writing. It's the theme I'ved enjoyed most in the books, that even people you dislike can have the same worthy goals as you.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
Why do oyu think Ginny will be a nag? She seems like a smart cookie to me. I also thought Rowling did a good job of showing how teens can be horrible, but also show you what their adult selves will be like. Ron has insecurity, but also loyalty and humor and we see him learning to master his anger and develop more empathy. I htink he will be a nice man--not as smart as his wife, but full of admiration for how smart she is.

Punishingly Intricate
I just love the Weasley's to pieces. They were, hands down, my favorite part of the whole series. Maybe in part because they reminded me of my mom's family a bit (who I grew up in the middle of, my mom is the oldest of 7 and my younger uncle is only 7 years older than me).
