It looks *gorgeous,* doesn't it?

I've decided that I will go, even it ends up sucking, because it looks so great, and Clive Owen just adds to the pretty.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Clive Owen just adds to the pretty.

Even the bit of him in the tv commercial made the movie enticing for me, despite not reading Sin City.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Clive Owen is all about the enticing.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

....and yet, I still don't find him attractive, nor can I ever connect the face with the name. When the trailer for Sin City first came out, I was befuddled by who the dark broody guy was.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Steph, have you seen him in "Croupier"? I didn't really take much notice of him until I saw that flick. Afterward, I was pretty much a goner. Well, that and liberal doses of Owen as the brilliant and tormented Detective Inspector Ross Tanner in "Second Sight" series.

I second both of Vonnie's recs.

I haven't seen either of those.

I keep confusing Clive Owen and the other guy who has a similar name -- Colin someone. Not ita's friend Colin -- *he's* memorable. Another Colin.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Colin Firth?

Well, they are both dark and broody and British. Firth has more of a polish, and Owen's more of a diamond-in-the-rough.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Colins Farrell and Firth. And a Hanks, for good measure.

Clive, for reference.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Then there is Colin Firth circa Pride and Prejudice. Too bad I can't locate the wet shirt picture.

That's a smokin' photo of Clive Owen. Humina humina.

Also, some of Clive Owen's BMW short films are still available online.
