Victor Garber just utterly rocks.

I don't think she was. I was devout, however. And would love to have the first two seasons on DVD. Didn't care for it when it went to Lifetime. Staitharn as Moss was one of the greatest characters in the history of television.
Also rocking? William Converse-Roberts as her ex-husband, the jazz musician. (Best known around here as Simon and River's dad.)

Moss was wonderful, and I think the first bit of the Lifetime run was decent, but that it went downhill from there. I wish it were available on DVD, too, as my tapes were destroyed long ago.

Twin Peaks, followed by The Phantom (SLAM EVIL!)
The first (just half a) season was so deliciously melancholy. The second (also half a season) was so quirkily literary and romantic.

The Stand, for me. But I think my Stand love is pretty well established.
Matt Frewer as Trashcan Man was pretty inspired casting, I thought.

Actually, I thought all of the casting, except for Molly Ringwald, was fantastic for the Stand.
