Shit's all sorts of different now.

I was really annoyed at being delayed from the movie I came to see. But I'm a curmudgeon.

Ahh....I always look forward to the shorts just as much as the movie.

I'm watching TAR tonight, so I'll be catching Nova in a rerun, probably over the weekend. I have the DVD for Great Escape, and it has a making-of doc on it that goes into a bit of the real-life story, but not enough for me. I really love Great Escape, as well as other WWII films like The Dirty Dozen, A Road Too Far (saw this one in the theater, IIRC), and of course, HBO's Band of Brothers.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I usually like the Pixar shorts, but I didn't like Boundin' that much. I prefer when Pixar let's the visuals do the work in their short films.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bear in mind, he's reprising the role that made Michael Caine a star in Alfie.

Is that bad?

Every movie Jude Law wasn't in, Michael Caine is in.

Hey. New board.

I guess I just made it up. I remember thinking "Hmmm. That's not Pixar, what is it?" but now I've completely forgotten the trailer. Maybe I'm just insane.

Definitely not getting it confused with Boundin' though. Which was awesome.

Also, I'm sure the reason we didn't get Madagascar or Robots trailer is the whole "Disney-owned theater" thing. They only showed Disney trailers.

Every movie Jude Law wasn't in, Michael Caine is in.

This fall? Ever? Or is it some sort of mysterious "haha! We're really the same person! You never actually saw us in the same room, did you" thing?

I have a feeling I'm missing some sort of necessary context.

Boundin' was great.

I loved that little nudist sheep.

Like I said, green is not his color.

Not that shade, anyway. I'm thinking a good costumer would do a much better job than that horrible photoshopped thing.

Hey. New board.

Oh!

I was thinking of Chicken Little. Which may not actually be CG. I also liked the Pooh's Heffalump Movie trailer.

THis is not out of the question.

There was that trailer for the Heffalump Winnie the Pooh thing, Nova. That and Cars. Perhaps a third one, but that's all I remember. But the Heffalump is not Pixar. And it is animated.

ETA: Hello. I was not that slow in my response. Y'all are fast.
