I was kind of displeased with the fact he wouldn't give a commencement speech at Rice unless we gave him an honorary degree. We did, and he wore a Rice sweatshirt when he gave it. Unfortunately, he wasn't

speaker. We got some astronaut who told us to sail our ships into the future or something.
