I'm kind of surprised you don't know what furries are, actually, and I'm not sure if I have any basis for that surprise.

Buffista Movies 3: Panned and Scanned
A place to talk about movies--Old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

What Dana said.
I thought for sure Jon would be familiar with the Geek Hierarchy.
Furries? Inflationists?! Are these kinky subcultures of which I'm unaware?
Yes. You should be aware of furries. Just because. Inflationists I think Hec made up.
Movie I hated: The Cable Guy.
Only movie I have ever started but not finished watching. And I sat through both Steel and Battlefield Earth.
Tough? You don't even know y'all.
Much like the idea of Mystique/Destiny -- sex between a shapeshifter and someone who knows the future. Interesting.

Movie I hated: The Cable Guy.
Loved it. My favorite Carry movie (although that's not saying much.)
Movie I hated: The Cable Guy.
I don't exactly think it's a good movie, but I'm not sure I've ever laughed harder at anything than the battle scene at Medieval Times. I bruised a lung.
I'm not sure I've ever laughed harder at anything than the battle scene at Medieval Times.
Me too. There is a Medieval Times near Chicago, although so far I've failed to convince anyone to go with me.
when Trish Tilby breaks up with Hank McCoy because of the press calling their relationship beastiality.
Did they forget that he became a media darling during his Avengers stint while blue and furry? I remember books from the 80s with crowds of starlets chasing him around in the background. Surely that doesn't just evaporate the instant he switches team books?
Though I'll admit to not wanting him blue and furry in the next movie, what with Steve Bacic playing the character and all...
