Miller's Crossing?
Because it's my favorite hands-down (seconds are
Lebowski
and
Raising Arizona
) and I would say probably their most complex. They cribbed the plot of it from a Dashiell Hammett novel, but made it their own with a particularly sour interpretation.
I heart Miller's Crossing very, very much.
