The only time I've seen True Lies was when it was dubbed into Spanish, and oddly, I kind of liked it. That might be because my Spanish is pretty poor so I didn't understand most of the dialogue and I also didn't have to listen to the Arnolds (Schwarzenegger and Tom) voices.

Trust my rage

I loved True Lies for the reasons P-C mentioned. I don't remember feeling it was sexist, but I'll have to keep an eye out for that the next time I run into it.

Oh, man, that movie is only appreciated by me in any way because I thought Tom Arnold was great.

ita is me on this.

But aside from Tom Arnold, what Plei, 'Suela and GInger said.

Hey. New board.

I laughed from moment one to moment last of TA:WP. The songs are the best thing in the whole wide world.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The songs are the best thing in the whole wide world.

I loved the songs a lot. But I think I lauged loudest when two of the TA:WP were trapped in the room with the panthers - that turned out to be two black housecats. But then there were parts of that where I was the only one laughing, so maybe it's just me....

Hey. New board.

That, too, was awesome. Personally, I laughed the hardest any time they were making fun of a Broadway musical.

If I only had a brain...

I thought she should have damned well killed Arnold instead of just hitting him with a telephone. That was unforgivable, what he did to her.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I laughed hardest at the wild arm-waving secret distress signal. It just tickled the hell outta me.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Saw Man on Fire tonight. Pretty good. I forgot I love Tony Scott.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

I think it's perfectly understandable - indeed it's a cliche - for the star of a show to get a bit edgy when the actress playing gawky best friend shifts gear and threatens to overtake her.
