Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm glad I saw XXX in the theatre. Because his shoulders deserved that magnification.

I think Statham's Bond would do more grunting than smooth-talking.

I think Statham's Bond would do more grunting than smooth-talking.

And that's bad because...?

Because that's a different franchise.

Danny, yes! Danny is THE HOTT.

Tom angsts nicely, but Danny is way hotter.

Gotta run off to work but that Marton photo is making me swoony.

Must. Focus.

move out and draw fire

More than wu-shu? That was my first thought.

I do not know this "wu-shu." I will investigate.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Dammit, late to the discussion about The Crow.

Visually, I think the focus on the industrial style dates it a bit, but I imagine it's sort of an ur-text for many latter-day gothy types.

Actually, the industrial style shown in the movie is pretty much the main look in the Seattle gothy/industrial scene. Other city's subculture clubs may vary.

Not enough to dress up like anyone in it

I still need to do this, so badly. Don't tell Jilli.

ita, you are the ONLY person who has my whole-hearted approval for dressing up like the Crow. Just make sure your eye makeup is symmetrical.

I really need to own The Crow on DVD. I haven't seen it in years and years and years. I bet I will still get all sniffly at the ending, 'cos I do when I re-read the (original) comic. Even if I don't get all sniffly when I watch the movie again, it will make me all sorts of nostalgic for the late 80s/early 90s Goth scene.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

If the Rhys-Myers running doesn't remove him from the field, we could get Sean Maher. He does debonair quite well, though I'm not sure I'd buy him killing anyone.

Possible Bonds, eh?

Damian Lewis, Paul Bettany, James Purefoy, Jeremy Northam? At a stretch - Johnny Lee Miller.

I could do this all night.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
