"Now I'm thinking, it could mean you're the evil man, and I'm the righteous man, and mister nine millimeter here -- he's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness.
"Or it could be you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth.
"The truth is -- you're the weak. And I am the tyranny of evil men.
"But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be the shepherd."
Cool - now I have something new to watch for in both movies.
"This is some fucked-up, repugnant shit!"
Also: at the gym, they were showing what I assume is one of the Fast and Furious movies, but since I came in in the middle, how do I know if it was the first one or the second one?
Also, redux: DAMN YOU, ITA!!!! I've never seen The Ring, and because of your LJ, I had to go looking for spoilers/a synopsis, and I found a website with FREAKING PICTURES!!!!
I will never watch TV again.
"In fact, why am I the one on brain detail?"
since I came in in the middle, how do I know if it was the first one or the second one?
The first one had Vin Diesel.
If there was no sex appeal, it was the second.
If the white guy was as big as the black guy, it was the second.
If the black guy was really obviously black, as opposed to "well, isn't he?" it was the second.
If there was any tension, it was the first.
Oh, and ... sorry, Steph! It's a good movie. You should watch it. Maybe you'll be Aimée and freaked out right away, or me and freaked out a month later. But it's a pretty fun freakout either way.
The second one was faster and furiouser.
Wait, but you'd have no basis of comparison. Um... the first one had some cars in it.
Oh, no -- I can tell that I should never ever watch The Ring. Things like that freak my shit out way too much. The pictures of the dead folk, and of TV Girl, freaked me out enough.
And I think it was the first Fast -n- Furious movie. Vin Diesel and blonde dude who's an undercover cop who is clearly in love with Vin Diesel.
